How did you handle attrition and your previous employer?
A media relations opportunity had recently presented itself for one of their brands. I was asked how I would've responded. I was also asked how I would have handled it differently.
very basic questions. they themselves kept on saying that people in this role are not motivated .. and they leave very soon... I was actually left wondering ... whey they are motivation me to "join" or "NOT to join".... :-I
