Dave Saunders did not look at my resume, and did not care or want to know anything about my past. He walked me through 3 scenarios about what it would take to open a health clinic. It was a bit condescending the way he talked and every answer I would give felt wrong even though I wasn't sure what exactly he was asking. The first question had to do with "how do you form an idea?" He asked me a lot of mental math questions which I was not allowed to write down or use a calculator. I nearly cried as I walked out of the building. I don't think he was trying to be mean, I just think he was looking for someone that was exceptionally great at mental math and critical thinking.
