The were the same throughout, it was as if they were trying to catch you out.
There were no questions - I was talked at, versus to.
What experience do you have creating processes and workflows?
There were no difficult questions, perhaps a few unexpected questions. Those questions were some of the most powerful ones I've encountered in a 15 year career: questions that really got at what I value, what I'm looking for and who I am. Excellent.
Questions about recruiting process, promoting Atlanta, getting people to accept jobs and relocate.
Asked to prepare a presentation on how I would build out a recruiting strategy. Took me several hours to prepare. I was on vacation with my family when I got this request. I took the time to do it and take the interview then they didn't have the professionalism to formally decline me as a candidate.
