The case interviews were consulting firm-type interview questions. The first was about evaluating a call center's effectiveness and profitability. The second was evaluating whether or not a certain screening process (I think that it was employment verificiation or something) was cost effective in weeding out delinquent potential customers. The third was about the profitability of an affinty card program.
Describe the architecture of the data warehouse you work with
Assess their website - the good, the bad, the ugly. Create a marketing plan for them on how to grow the business. Dive deeper into the marketing plan and tell them how I would go about executing.
Talk about fire in your belly...what does that even mean. Then guy talks about how great he is for an hour. The rest of the in person interviews were standard issue interviews. Tell me about background, how do you handle a situation.
