Very basic phone screen drivel from a HR person whose job was to screen out candidates. This was a waste of time for seasoned professionals. Go around.

Ask about the culture of the company. Many of the folks I met emphasized their culture and how important it was to find the right match.
Fairly pedestrian questions for such a long interview process, but the one consistent question was about what type of company culture and pace I am comfortable with.
