Basic behavioral interview questions and description of my career
I'm going to list off a few items, tell me if they're Tier 1 or Tier 2 capital.

How have I dealt with difficult people and situations in the past
The interview process was very straight forward, previous experience, behavioral, situational, good conversation. The most interesting was a role playing exercise around conflict negotiation. Everyone was bright and genuine. No abstract questions (e.g. estimate the number of sheep in Nebraska or windows in New York).
What's your approach to managing teams?
No particular question, but we pressed hard for real examples from candidates...for some that was a struggle.
