The system administration asked hypothetical and specific technical questions. Often asking the same questions each time which seemed counter productive. Everyone else was more conversational. I was asked to go into the office for a tour and to meet a director report but they never showed up.
Questions were based on past experience, and personality style.
I was asked about my experiences involving DR and RM guidelines and procedures.

They focused on philosophy vs technical content. Which I felt was typical of a fractional vCTO being the hiring manager
