Lengthy with questions about technical background over the phone. She sent me her number so I had to make the international call. At the end she asked me my age. The job description also changed in the first 30 seconds as well and was reduced a level. The travel also went from 25% to 75% . A total bait and switch bait and switch with this company. Listed the job as MD level and reduce it right out the gate on the call.
