On the start of the interview I was told I would be asked about 4 or more questions and then they would share information about the company. The role is Leadership Development and Coaching but I was only asked questions on coaching. The interviewer did not identify any other aspect of the role leadership (developing and building programs, working with the leadership team)and when I had about 5 minutes to ask questions outside of the coaching role, they were dismissive that someone else at the company would know the answer and a patented answer of why Bluebird Bio did not have a program (which every other company lives by to avoid lawsuits).
