Typical questions were "tell us about a time you had difficultly working with a co-worker and how did you resolve it." They also asked "tell us about a time you had a difficulty with a senior member of staff and how did you resolve it." Also, "tell us about a time you had a difficulty with a customer or vendor and how did you resolve it." The interview questions were from a script. In defense of the interviewers they may have been forced to ask only these questions or they stuck to the script because they were uncomfortable with interviewing people.
