The first interview was just about experience and a brief overview of the role
Management Style
It was all fairly routine. Nothing shocking or unexpected comes to mind.
What is your portfolio? What would you say if I needed Population Health?
Can you handle working in a fast-paced environment?
How much experience I have? What am I looking for in my next role?
It was bizarre that they only asked me conflict resolution questions. Nothing was asked in regards to my career. Typical questions were "tell us about a time you had difficultly working with a co-worker and how did you resolve it." They also asked "tell us about a time you had a difficulty with a senior member of staff and how did you resolve it." Also, "tell us about a time you had a difficulty with a customer or vendor and how did you resolve it." The interview questions were from a script. In defense of the interviewers they may have been forced to ask only these questions or they stuck to the script because they were uncomfortable with interviewing people.
How do you cope under pressure?
Various questions were asked during each one.
