Also, between media planning and social/web, which one interests you most? Apparently I was interviewing for a BM position that could be on either of these teams. Based off of my experience, I chose the one that I felt I could offer the most to the team. I was asked this question from every person, and every time, I felt as if I answered in incorrectly. Like they wanted me to choose the other one.

Asked a lot around culture, and were clear that things moved slowly with a lot of red tape. They wanted to understand how I would handle that.
