I was asked the question how do I feel about rules. My background has been in the social service field for 10 years so rules and regulations are law and must be followed to the letter. When I expressed this, he expressed his disappointment. He felt that rules are made to be broken and he shared that it was because he challenged rules there has been a lot of change at quicken loans and therefore, landed him in the position with the company that he currently holds.
