Very average process with no hidden motives. While doing the interview everyone was very respectable and helpful. There seemed to be a very big kindness in the way that people worked.
1. How do you rollback patch updates for 100 users? 2. A employee working from home is connected to Wifi but cannot access internet - Explain troubleshooting steps (in this he expects you to give a one particular step that will work ) 3. A employee can see all meeting schedules in outlook but one scheduled meeting is not getting reflected (explain the steps) 4. User in video conference room trying to mirror his screen but facing issues (explain troubleshooting steps) 5. there were many more scenario based questions
For Non-Tech Background Brief about yourself? Why do you want to join IT industry? After this they asked to leave the meeting cause they don't want to give chance to any non-tech candidate. (only applicable for CCU Wipro HR)
