This was more of a brain-drain than an interview. The CEO seemed to be fishing for a strategy. to save his company. The same position has been posted for over a year. I have a feeling I was just one of many the CEO spoke to hoping to figure out what to do. The last few months have been filled with rumors of people leaving. Last week they had a 50% RIF.
