There were a bunch of specific questions regarding my background, skills, experience, etc. And there were a lot of questions that were more with the intention of evaluating my personality and work preferences. I appreciated the mix of questions that both challenged me to present concrete examples and data points as well as those that were lighthearted and made me feel like the goal was to learn more about me as a person.
I was given a scenario and asked to explain how I'd handle it. I think it was something like "how would you handle a drop in lead volume from email?"
