You have an outline budget of §1M including VAT to support the initial supply, implementation and any maintenance costs for the first 12-months of operation. This is a high profile piece of work, instrumental to the delivery of Social Security Scotland's Digital Strategy and to the safe and secure operation of critical technical services provided by its Chief Digital Office. Additionally, the Human Resource (R) sustem which is Oracle based and where employees are on-boarded, is in the process of being migrated to a new platform by the Scottish Government and Social Security have no direct control or influence to that The three solution options for the Social Security Scotland JML project come in a variety of scenarios that you need to consider and provide an outline approach and recommendation to the Platform Delivery Manager. Your work area has a number of initiatives underway, including a number of other in-flight delivery activities and continued support of the wider Social Security Programme that is delivering products and services.
