Question 1
What is my previous experience and why am I well suited for this role?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at deVere Group (Birmingham, Inghilterra) in Feb 2017
Interview
Super poor. The process was so short and so little time was invested into viewing abilities. 15 min phone interview followed by the half day assessment centre wasn't enough. The assessment centre was comprised of 2X 1 minute interviews, a few group tasks which were not even observed and a short presentation. There was a sense of sexism too from the tone conveyed at the assessment centre.

Question 1
Why deVere? Why financial services? What are your weakness'?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at deVere Group (Manchester, Inghilterra) in Mar 2017
Interview
Recruiter invited me to a 30 minute webinar but refused to tell me anything about the role. My research shows that it'll be for an investment adviser or wealth manager position, so absolutely nothing to do with me working in content, copywriting or PR, which are my career areas. I've watched Wall Street, Billions and Wolf of Wall Street and know for certain that I wouldn't want to ever be one of these money-grubbing characters. They're deliberately vague for a reason, lazily leaving it to a video to sell the role to you. Was later spammed with emails and texts reminding me to watch the webinar.
