deVere Group interview questions

I was messaged by a recruiter through LinkedIn, and after expressing interest was asked to answer a few basic questions about the company. After passing that stage the recruiter called me and briefed me about the next stage, which was going to be a video interview with a senior advisor. I immediately realised that the interview was already decided based on the senior advisor's opinion on my education background (law). Consequently, I didn't feel that I had a chance during the entire interview. Thus, when I was informed of the outcome the next day I was not surprised.

Quick easy and really no pressure. There were 2 people who interviewed me and mainly getting to know me and how would fit in with the team. My first role in hospitality and this was no a issue and full training is given.
