Had Stuart Ockenden who made me feel at ease throughout the process and introduced me to the company and their culture very well. he seemed interested in getting to know me as a person instead of only asking standard interview questions

The process starts after you have submitted your application and a video of yourself. You receive a call from DeVere office in Cyprus. They begin telling you that this is a casual interview and the next step is where you will be asked more formal questions. They first ask you any questions you may have about the opportunity which they then proceed to answer. After that they tell you that they will be in touch if you have been selected for the next round.
