Simple application process, questions with 30 word answers and a CV so didn't take very long compared to others.
After initial screening was invited to a webinar in which they gave a few more details of the job/what its like to work at deVere etc and for those still interested they administer a short psychometric test which isnt too hard as long as you do your research and know what they are looking for (look at deVere website).
next stage is skype interview which I have soon so will have to see how it goes!

Group Meeting - Watched a 2 hour powerpoint, no form of assessment
Phone Interview - 10 mins long maximum, asking regular competency based questions
Assessment Centre & Final Interview - A few persuasive tasks in groups and a 1-on-1 interview with head of recruitment
