There wasn't one specifically difficult or unexpected question but it is important that you prepare a lot of examples of team work, dealing with difficult customers, using your initiative etc as the panel interview deals primarily with this type of question.
HR team asked very few questions and left this to the other attendees. So questions could be anything.
