How many years of experience do you have in the Customer Success/Onboarding/Care field? Do you have experience working for a SaaS company? Are you familiar with the accounting or tax industry? Which CRM or Customer Success platforms have you worked with? Do you have experience providing email and chat support? What about phone support or 1:1 Zoom meetings with end customers? Have you worked with automated customer touchpoints? (for example, Chatbots, email sequences, customer portals, etc) What achievements in your career are you most proud of? Please briefly describe your achievements in the last 2–3 companies where you worked. What KPIs did you have there? What did you accomplish for each company in numbers (if possible)? For instance, this could include the number of deals you closed, improvements in processes, or other measurable achievements. What are your base salary expectations in gross monthly?
