I have been basically offered the opportunity to work there with very little questions asked. It was based on my previous work and personal recommendation.

I was well prepared for ".Net questions" but was taken back after they started asking about how and what technology to use for designing a project" What option will you choose and what parameters will you take into consideration. Some question on multiple servers and load balancing so on and so forth.. I was not really prepared for this to come (Technically I knew I can impress them with ".NET knowledge " But seems need another day ... So in one line it was a Big picture which they wanted and not minute details. Felt could have / had done some more preparations.
