I will not interview with this Company after seeing what they ask in their screening process. Their Recruiters were also unable to answer what the OTEs are for the role and deflected to the Hiring Manager (which again you do not speak with until you've essentially trained yourself on the role and have conducted in-dept research on the Company on your own volition).
I had one of the interviewers give me a “case study” to “test my critical thinking skills.” The “case study” was the exact unethical project referenced before, making it clear that he never reviewed the project.
Standard questions about work history and management style. Take home assignment was to put together a use case as well as analyzing a data sheet.
