Detailed presentation was part of the interview process. They gave me little information and I had to put together a 30, 60 and 1 year plan. Also had to show how past roles were aligned with new role. It was determined that I was too experienced.

I am okay with all the rounds. But hiring manager started negotiating the salary with a minimum hike. I am disappointed with the negotiation that he made and also he started describing a email that i have to write to HR (stating about the salary details in email). I didn't expect this kind of people from a renowned manufacturing giant.
