How would you describe the lifecycle of a courier in Glovo? What do you think are the main challenges that we are trying to solve from a CRM perspective? The main challenges that Glovo try to solve are: 2. Pick one of the challenges mentioned above and create a multi-channel campaign to help you tackle it. What segment would you target? How would you measure the results? 3. Imagine that you need to set up an automated communication flow for recently acquired couriers with the aim of pushing them to start delivering orders. Describe how you would structure the flow. How would you determine if the campaign was successful or not? Please be as detailed as possible.
