The process focused more on comprehensive assessments than a single "main question." However, the core challenge was definitely presented in the case studies. These weren't just questions but in-depth scenarios that required a fuller demonstration of my technical expertise.

In the final culture fit interview, the main theme revolved around mutual value, and the questions in that regard were along the lines of “How do you see yourself adding value to Bitvavo, and how can Bitvavo add value to your professional development?" This effectively summarised the goal of the final interview: to ensure a strong, long-term fit for both myself and the company.
