The majority of the interview was close ended questions/rating yourself. I only got information when I asked about it. There were only a couple of open ended questions that really didn't give them much information about myself.
Lots of "tell me about a time when" questions.
How have you pushed for the biggest possible ideas?
(Paraphrasing) If you could teach a class to the entire company, what would the subject be?
Not a particularly difficult interview and the team was laid back, kind and supportive. They were interested in knowing how strong I was at having a POV with senior team members on the marketing and creative teams.
Basic questions about what systems I use daily and recent projects.
