I had to complete a design task and present it at the second interview stage. The brief was clear and had room for creatively to see what type of creative you were. Design tasks are extremely beneficial to the interviewee as it will allow you to make a judgement on how fit you see yourself for the role and give you an insight to what work you would be completing in the position.

They asked me a lot of questions about the way I like to work and how I communicate with teammates.
Knowledge of productions and channel expertise.
I received a very bizarre followup email that I first interpreted as an invitation to move on to the next steps of the process. After reading it all the way through I saw that it was telling me I'd been removed from the process.
