All four of my interviewers seemed less prepared for the interview than me. The hiring manager seemed very interested in my background; I believe I had more experience than this person, and I was convinced this person wasn't happy in the position they were in.
I was asked to describe one of my weaknesses and what I wanted to improve upon as I gained more work experience in the industry.
The interview questions were pretty straightforward.

The questions were not difficult, nor substantial. They were generic screener questions that could have been handled by phone.

What would you do differently for a customer if they were dissatisfied with your work.
I can't recall a specific one as it was a while back, but I was asked to explain how I'd handle prioritizing workload -- when/how I would reach out to my manager for help, etc. Basic "How well do you juggle?" questions that most creatives or marketers with heavy workloads could answer well.
