The problem was no questions about the job, just about my personality. In four interviews no one ask me about visual merchandising, about retail, about their stores (i had visited some and their visual merchandising was horrible) about design, about window displays or about my languages, nothing. Unbelievable.

They asked me about a situation where I created a relationship with someone and what came of it?
Tell me about a time when a customer was angry and what was the outcome? Tell me about a time when you had to coach a member under you. Tell me about a time that was really frustrating and difficult and what was the outcome?
Based on the display, what would you merchandise on the adjacent shelves?
