Take them through your past experiences, why you left your previous jobs and what are you seeking in your next role.
Outre les questions habituelles ("Parlez d'une situation que vous avez mal vécu dans votre précédent emploi et pourquoi"), j'ai dû faire un cas pratique assez lourd : audit de la stratégie édito existante pour proposer des consignes de positionnement et 3 livrables qui incarnent ces préconisations. Inutile de dire qu'il s'agissait de faire travailler gratuitement des freelances expérimentés.
