One of them being, if you had a book that you wanted to give to an employee, and you had 5 employees, and only a coin, heads and ties, to use to make the decision, which employee would get the book? And assume the employees are all the same skills/experience wise.

i applied online u will get call letter for attending written test in your mail after clearing written test interview process starts basic questions from resume ? will you work in rotational shift ? like that could not convert the interview hr are very friendly and will make you comfortable just answer with confidence and u can make it through
