Con questa domanda l'intervistatore vuole capire come gestiresti una questione delicata come questa. Pensa all'etica. L'azienda con la quale stai facendo il colloquio si aspetta che tu dimostri un'etica rigorosa nel gestire informazioni sensibili.

Domanda 2: Parlami di una precedente esperienza nella predisposizione di controlli contabili o finanziari.

Come rispondere: Nel rispondere a questa domanda, focalizzati su come avevi organizzato i controlli nei lavori precedenti per prevenire frodi ed errori. L'intervistatore vuole capire in che modo le tue conoscenze e competenze miglioreranno l'azienda per la quale stai facendo il colloquio, soprattutto contribuendo a ridurre frodi ed errori finanziari. Se non hai alcuna esperienza pregressa nella predisposizione di controlli, menziona gli standard del settore e accenna brevemente a come implementeresti i controlli nell'azienda in questione.

Domanda 3: Che approccio adotti nel lavoro con il tuo team finanziario?

Come rispondere: Sottolinea le tue capacità di leadership descrivendo il modo in cui lavori con altri professionisti finanziari. Fai sapere all'intervistatore che sei capace di trovare il giusto equilibrio tra motivare il team a lavorare e insistere sull'importanza della precisione finanziaria. Dimostra le tue competenze trasversali, perché i Controller devono avere la visione d'insieme, essere attenti ai dettagli e supervisionare le attività del team finanziario.
