The interview questions were pretty straightforward. The only thing I wasn't expecting was that they handed me a copy of the company values and asked me to read them and tell them which one would be the easiest for me to follow and why, and which one would be the hardest one to follow why.

Was invited to "take a test" at the Elkton VA site. I drove there on my own dime-no biggie really since I wasn't too far away,, kinda. 90+ multiple choice questions in an hour out of pamphlet. Know your electric motors and 3 phase calcs. All of it had to be pretty easy for a person that had experience in those questions. Basic Control Tech questions I suppose.
