The less favorable process was is a computer aided online assessment.The assessment took about 1,5 hours to go through and was pretty intense. Parts of the assessment felt GMAT like. They keep the assessment and you only have to do it ones, which also means if you sucked at it, you are not likely to have considered for other positions.
