They asked about my experience and then to ensure key words that would direct company's HR to my relevant experience was highlighted
They wanted to make sure I had a solid research background (this position was for a market researcher). One key answer I gave which ultimately resulted in my employment was being stern of controlling my work and not being swept away by other demands. They wanted to see that I can push back and be stern.
