Very standard behavioral questions - non-technical - Really they offered no questions that would enable the applicant to showcase their analytical and presentation skills. They really don't seem to value your background especially if you are young and come from other med-tech firms.

The initial interview was mostly behavioral, there was not any specifics mentioned, just a hello and how are you. Be open, and sure of yourself. Don't be too agressive, but show definit interest

No unexpected questions were asked - mostly just going over my resume more in detail. The manager asked more behavior questions such as explaining how & what process I use for time/project management.
