Why I think I did not get the job? Answer: I could have asked more questions about the company, but the interviewer went on so long in detail about the company, the person basically answered all of them.

I was asked about my experience and what I was passionate about. They were keen to meet me and treated it as a more informal chat and made it really human. They worked around me and I met the director and founder of the company - he interviewed me. I wasn't chosen but their parting email was positive and hopeful and I really appreciated it.
Past operational experience, location, all the basic stuff
was asked a lot about motivations and how others would describe you etc.
