The most difficult question I had in the interview was how would I handle a difficult situation that I was unfamiliar. It was a tough question but I nailed it.
As the hiring manager couldn't properly explain most things related to the job, he had little to no questions for me to answer.
I think they asked me something like, what was a time I received great customer service. I had plenty of horrible customer service experiences in mind, but I couldn't think of anything positive. I think I just made something up, honestly.

1. What do you want to be doing in the next couple of years 2. Do you have any experience with customer service 3. Are you willing to work late? (they work in shifts there so some people end up starting and ending working alot later)
