What is "Best in class" Accounting Team? Have you implemented Concur? What was your role in the NetSuite implementation? Discuss a project that you were involved in and how did you deal with it and the outcome? How did you get others to buy into your presentations on change management when others disagreed? He also asked me how was my excel skills?? My resume clearly shows excel has to be advance :(I have prepared Cash Flows, Acquisition analysis, Big data analysis, EFC prep. sumif, vlookups, etc) Just to name a few...
It was a case of talking through my CV - there wasn't much engagement from the interviewer. I think they want someone who is really really enthusiastic about blockchain etc.: fair enough, but the interviewer herself was somewhat vague in describing what it was that Ventureblick actually do and clearly wasn't a blockchain expert or enthusiast herself. Also a lot of smoke and mirrors about who the founder of the company is for some reason. But it became obvious that it's just one of the interviewer's ex-bosses (easy enough to identify on LinkedIn). Seemed a bit silly really to keep his identity hidden when it's so easy to figure out from a half-hour interview.
Behaviour and personality questions. What are my expectations from this position.
They told me the jobs advertised are irrelevant, applications are pointless because they only poaching people. They are only interested in people who are contacted by them.
What are the areas of work in budgeting and forecasting
