Mainly scenario questions and experiences stated on CV 1. Self-introduction 2. Walk me (the interviewer) through the entire project flow, from planning to sampling to reviewing and reporting. You can define the scope on your own and walk though the whole process. 3. Why would you choose such method to conduct your review? 4. Which is the most important area in HSBC you think that requires prioritized attention when it comes to financial crime compliance? The interviewer did have many follow up questions on your responses, so make sure you articulate your answers well so that the interview cannot pick any contradictions in your answers.
Pretty standard "STAR" questions - describe the project / accomplishment you're most proud of, give an example of a time things didn't go according to plan and you had to pivot, how do you handle conflicts / disagreements, etc.
