No difficult questions - very standard. But it was very hard to connect with the team, unfortunately. There's a sense of "we've seen it all" here, which I'm usually good at getting around, but I found it was hard to keep the energy up.

There was definitely a heavy focus on personality (as the company is generally focused on maintaining their culture. So finding the right fit for a role has a lot to do with who you are as a person, not only the skills you bring) and actually employing your skills. Test week is an interesting concept that allows to spend a week working with Toggl. It allows meeting all the key stakeholders and gives a good taste of what it's like to work for this company. It also makes you show your skills and thinking by getting a few days to solve a problem / work on a project.
