not difficult but just takes so much time to finish the exercises.
You were asked to come up with as many marketing ideas as possible. After 5 or 6 it becomes difficult to create unique ideas.
What would you improve about Uber?
The questions asked were pretty straight forward. I was asked to describe how I handled a disgruntled customer. Most of the questions were about customer service experiences I provided in previous positions with other companies.
Nothing too creative our out of the box. Probably something metric or statistic related.
