Because of my background with MEDHOST, I was given somewhat specific scenarios and asked how I would approach from a troubleshooting standpoint, but I strongly suspect this was only asked of me because of my background. I highly doubt software specific questions would be asked of someone without a background in that particular software.
Mostly technology operations questions - ITIL and ITSM related.
