Interviews themselves were not difficult but being asked to prepare a case study (five questions) was a bit over the top for a CSM role.

Went over my background and how I would handle certain customer situations. They are mainly looking for someone to be proactive rather than reactive when it comes to making sure customers are utilizing their services properly.
