The company was a tech related one, and I had no background in tech, I also had no experience in Management ( the position for which I was interviewing ), so they just asked me few basic questions about me, my skill, my abilities etc . I also had two rounds of interviews to test my French and Italian skills.
Typical questuons, even though position was health care related and my resume speaked to volumes in IT related experience, believe they didn't even take the time to read my CV
