The assignment was unexpected but a pleasant surprise. Compared to other firms I interviewed with, I found that the assignment was a great way to understand the problems the team deals with, how they think, and what skills would be needed to succeed in the job. Plus, if you hate doing it, it's a sign you might not like the day-to-day work either. Apart from that, the other Client Services Managers and especially the CEO dug deep with regard to my career goals. I got the sense they were making an honest effort to see if this made sense given my goals, but were also checking to make sure that I didn't just stumble into them and was being thoughtful about where I was taking my career and why I wanted to work at TellApart.

There was nothing difficult about the interview. They will interview you if you don't have an experience because it is a sales job.
That's a great last name you have does that mean you are bilingual
Nothing out of the ordinary really more of a conversation
Describe your working style?
The question I thought to be most difficult was: what do you want from our group (their section of the company). It was something I predicted but without really knowing what their group did and how everything really worked, I wasn't quite sure how to respond.
Mostly there were no difficult questions just your standard customer service questions
None. The questions asked were pretty standard interview fare.
You can never be totally prepared for questions, there will always be that one unexpected bouncer that will leave you stumped. I think everyone needs to be prepared with "Why should we hire you". This alone can be the deciding factor whether you have your interviewers attention or not.
Several tell me about a time when... Type questions testing problem solving, working with a team, providing stellar service to a client, etc.
