Two Manager asked the dumb question like "If you had a car that lost all the lug nuts off one time and had to get somewhere, what would you do?" I felt they were more interested in shareing a tricky question and the answer than looking at my problem solving skills
Tell me about a time you had a hard time working with a group?
Questions were emailed to me 5 days in advance but be prepared for a lot more questions within the 4 questions they give you. All questions were behaviour based questions!
