I was caught off guard, by the amount of question they kept asking about teamwork. And previous experience at other jobs. It seemed like they wanted to hire followers vs leaders.

The questions are all technical. You will be asked to demonstrate knowledge about accounting and finance, in particular. I was asked questions about the different types of securities - Available for Sale, Held to Maturity and Trading - how each is reported differently and why.
